Our clothing is made in India, where children's sizes use a number system rather than S, M and L. Each size number matches an age range, and every step up of two numbers is one age bracket. If you have shopped for Indian or Pakistani kidswear before, these numbers will look familiar.

On our website we label every product by age, so you do not need to memorise the numbers. The chart below is here in case the garment you receive is tagged with a size number, or if you would like to order by number over WhatsApp.

Choosing the right size

Start with your child's age. Age is the simplest guide and works well for most children.

If your child is tall or slim for their age, go one size up. Children grow quickly, and a slightly roomy outfit lasts longer than one that fits perfectly today.

For festive sets and kurta styles, consider sizing up. These are often worn over leggings or with a jacket, so a little extra room helps.

If your child is between two ages, choose the larger size. Trousers and palazzo pants can be hemmed, but a tight fit cannot be let out.

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Cash on Delivery is available. You can pay when your order arrives, or pay online at checkout, whichever you prefer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. If you need your order for a particular date, message us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn and unused, with tags still attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please request a return before sending anything back. Items sent to us without a return request first cannot be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the size or style you want is to return the item you have, and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.

A little care keeps children's clothes looking new for longer. The guidance below is general and applies to most of our pieces.

Everyday care

  • Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle
  • Wash similar colours together, and wash darker colours separately the first few times
  • Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect prints and detailing
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry in the shade rather than direct sunlight, which fades colour
  • Iron on a low setting, and avoid ironing directly over prints, sequins or embroidery

Party wear and embellished pieces

Dresses with sequins, beading, embroidery or delicate net are gentler washed by hand, or dry cleaned. Avoid wringing them out; press the water gently and lay flat or hang to dry.

Before the first wear

We suggest washing new clothes before your child wears them, as you would with any new garment.
