Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Cash on Delivery is available. You can pay when your order arrives, or pay online at checkout, whichever you prefer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. If you need your order for a particular date, message us before ordering and we will let you know what is possible.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy. You have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In the same condition you received it
Unworn and unused, with tags still attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Please request a return before sending anything back. Items sent to us without a return request first cannot be accepted.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away and we will put it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the size or style you want is to return the item you have, and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a little longer to show it.
