Sizing

How do Inaabia sizes work?

Our clothing is made in India, where children's sizes use a number system rather than S, M and L. Each size number matches an age range. Full details, including chest and length measurements, are on our kids size guide.

What if I am between sizes?

Size up. Children grow quickly, and most of our ethnic and party pieces have elasticated waists or adjustable ties, so a slightly larger size still sits well.

Can you check a specific measurement for me?

Yes. Send us the product name on WhatsApp and we will measure the actual garment before you order.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE, including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

How long does delivery take?

Abu Dhabi orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Other emirates typically take 2 to 4 working days.

How much is shipping?

Delivery is free on Abu Dhabi orders and on all orders above AED 150. Below that, a standard delivery charge applies at checkout.

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes. You can pay when your order arrives, or pay online at checkout, whichever you prefer.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments online, and cash on delivery across the UAE.

Are prices in AED?

Yes, all prices shown are in UAE Dirhams and include applicable taxes.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with tags attached. Full details are on our delivery and returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange it.

Which items cannot be returned?

Items bought on final clearance, and anything that has been worn, washed or altered.

Products and care

What fabrics do you use?

Mostly soft cotton, cotton blends, georgette, net and tulle, chosen for breathability in UAE weather. The fabric is listed on each product page.

How should I wash embroidered or tulle pieces?

Hand wash cold, inside out, and dry flat in the shade. Full guidance is on our wash and care page.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Sometimes, but many of our festive pieces are limited runs. Follow @inaabiafashion on Instagram for restock announcements.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, if it has not shipped. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible with your order number.

Do you take bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes. We supply matching outfits for school events, family functions and boutique resellers. Message us with quantities and sizes for pricing.

How do I track my order?

You will get a confirmation with tracking details by email or WhatsApp once your order ships.
